Keith was born and raised in Stockton and originally began his working career as an apprentice fitter at the State Dockyard. Many years later in 1993 Keith considered a career change and commenced a career in the Real Estate industry.

After several years working in the rural and residential sales area, Keith relocated to the Newcastle City District area which allowed him to further his experience and acquire extensive experience in Residential Sales, Property Management, Commercial leasing and Rural Sales.

In 1997 Keith and Pam then made a positive decision to open their own real estate business in the Stockton area as a husband and wife team. Since commencing in 1997, the agency has developed and grown into the professional and personalised business it is today.

Pam Wagner

Office Manager

Pam was also born and raised in Stockton and prior to commencing the real estate agency she enjoyed a varied work background including caring for special needs children and work in the aged care industry.

Pam has an office managerial role with strong administrative skills and also assists closely with the Property Management department.

Roslyn Sellers

Property Management

Roslyn joined the team in 2001 and has strong ties with the local Stockton area and its community. Roslyn is a highly valued member of the Property Management team and boasts a wealth of knowledge and experience and in property management.

Linda Wagner

Licensed Real Estate Agent
Property Consultant

Linda also joined the team in 2001 and is the daughter of Pam and Keith. Prior to commencing

in the real estate industry she held a varied background in clerical and administrative services.

Linda was successfully granted her Real Estate Agent licence in 2004 and assists with Residential Property Sales and administration.
